Bakery producing artisanal breads, pastries, pies, sweet apple cider, artisanal cheeses (Jensen, Thornloe, Mariposa, Wolwich), local fruits and vegetables, maple syrup and honey, Grassroots organic flours, apple butter, apple syrup, fair trade organic coffee, jams, jellies, chutneys, fudge and brittles. Spirit Tree cider is treated with a non-thermal UV process (the heat from pasteurization destroys nutrients and effects flavour).
